Universal Terms of Service Agreement

This Universal Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Goldcrest Apartments PVT Limited, a private limited company registered in Pakistan, and its offshore office Goldcrest Apartments INC, located at Suite #5, 40 King Street, Scotia Plaza, Toronto. This Agreement becomes effective upon your use of the website www.goldcrestapartments.com or upon the electronic acceptance of a reservation made via this website.

Introduction

This Agreement outlines the general Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) governing your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are advised to refrain from using our services.

For cases where a conflict arises between this Agreement and third-party service-level agreements, the provisions of this Agreement will take precedence.

Terminology

• We/Us/Our/Site: Refers to Goldcrest Apartments PVT Limited, Goldcrest Apartments INC, and the website www.goldcrestapartments.com.
• You/Your/User/Guest/Visitor: Refers to individuals or entities accessing our website, interacting with its content, making reservations, or using any products and services offered.

 

Note: Goldcrest Apartments operates independently of Goldcrest Grand Mall and Residency, Empire, or building management services.

 

1. Bookings and Reservations

1.1 Eligibility: Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
1.2 Identification: Guests must provide accurate information and a valid government-issued ID (e.g., National ID, Driver’s License). International guests must submit a valid passport and visa for the requested reservation dates.
1.3 Reservation Process: Reservations can be made via our website or approved third-party platforms and are subject to availability.
1.4 Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.5 Special Requests: Requests like specific room arrangements are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment Timing: Full payment is required at check-in to confirm the reservation.
2.2 Advance Deposit: A 100% deposit is mandatory for future bookings unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Payment Methods: Accepted methods include:

• Local bank transfers (Business Account does not accept international wire transfers).
• International apps like Remitly, Xoom, or Wise.
• PayPal and Stripe for eligible regions.
  2.4 Additional Charges: Charges for services like room service and amenities must be settled at check-out.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made are non-refundable as overlapping reservations are declined to secure your booking.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1 Timings: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
4.2 Requests: Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
4.3 Verification: A valid ID and the credit card used for booking are required at check-in.

5. Guest Conduct

5.1 Guests are responsible for their safety and belongings.
5.2 Any damages to property or amenities will be charged to the guest.
5.3 Smoking and shisha use are prohibited. Violations result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
5.4 No pets are allowed unless specified.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Goldcrest Apartments adheres to a strict Privacy Policy available on the website.
6.2 By using the site, you consent to the use of your data as described in the policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Goldcrest Apartments INC and its partners.
7.2 Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Goldcrest Apartments is not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings.
• Any injury or property damage caused during the stay.
• Security deposit deductions for property damages or code violations.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, as well as local authorities such as Defence Housing Authority and other enforcement agencies.

10. Amendments

Goldcrest Apartments reserves the right to update these T&Cs without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to regularly review this Agreement to stay informed.
